You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we'll pay the return shipping cost.
All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee within 90 days purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.
To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization.
Items marked as "Special Order" items cannot be returned.

Please note we accept domestic returns only. International orders are considered to be final.
If your item is accepted for return, we will credit your account or send your refund within 14 days after receiving your item.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us before returning it to us. We will ship out the replacement after we receive the returned item.
Back order policy
All back-ordered items are subject to deletion. We make every effort to post “Unavailable” notices for any items that are out-of-stock. In the event an item you ordered is unavailable, we will delete that item from your order, and you will not be charged for it.
Credit card policy
We will charge your credit card when your order is complete and ready to ship. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will delete that item from your order, and you will not be charged for it.
Check or money order policy
We currently only accept credit or debit cards for payment. If you would like to use another payment method, please contact us to make arrangments. Keep in mind that all payments must be received and cleared before we ship any items.
We ship via UPS, and offer a variety of domestic UPS options such as next day, 2 day, 3 day or ground.
Certain large items (like C Band dishes) MUST be shipped using motor freight. Please select this option upon checkout. If you do not, we will contact you to revise your order.
We usually ship Standard orders within 24 hours if you place your order during our business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Central. If you place your order after business hours, we will ship within 24 of our receipt of your order, the next business day.
Please check with your country’s regulations for acceptance policy of imported items before placing your order. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The shipping rate for your order, which is determined by weight and destination, is automatically calculated during the check-out process of the Online Store. Additionally, please note your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties assessed by the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
For your protection, all international orders will be shipped via a trackable method (currently UPS).
We accept only credit cards as payment for international orders.
For the 48 states, orders generally take 5-7 business days for Standard shipping. Alaska , Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer.
For international orders, delivery time depends on the carrier and your country’s regulations and procedures.
