Satellite ISP

Wild Blue Satellite ISP >>>

HughesNet VS WildBlue: Which Satellite ISP is best for you?

Both satellite ISP services have their own pros & cons - HughesNet (formerly Direcway) is an older satellite ISP with more satellites & customers, and typically faster speeds, while WildBlue is a fairly new provider, but offers cheaper monthly fees and is becoming quite popular. Before you choose an internet service provider (ISP), make sure you familiarize yourself with each company's Fair Access Policy, which can slow down your connection after a certain number of usage hours in a given time period.

Below is a chart with a few facts about each company. Satellite One offers both services, and we don't try to promote one over the other. From our experience, it appears that WildBlue is slightly cheaper but slightly slower, so it all depends on your needs as an internet user!
